Webclient global address book

Hi,
	is there a way to disable Global Address Book from webclient?

If there are more than one domain defined a user can see all addresses, also of other domains.

Here in Italy this is forbidden by law.

Example.

I created some users under domain example1.com
The I add domain example2.com

A user form domain example1.com can see every user existing in example2.com.

The best solution would be to have a filter in Global Address Book so that a user can see every 
entry but only of the domain in which he is defined.
IS it possible? How?
