Kontact e35 and gcc-4.4 - indexlib problems

FYI,
as a followup to a mail I sent earlier but is stuck in moderation...
I have removed indexlib from branches/kdepim/enterprise/kdepim.
So indexlib so no longer be an issue when building with gcc4.4
