I think I have noticed this problem with certain kontact versions,
too. Stopping kontact, removing the dimap cache contents and
syncing again usually helped here.
Of course you could check with a different imap client first if the
folder is really visible, cyradm's "lm" command should help here if
you authenticate as a normal user.
