Kolab contacts in turba do not work.

If you used the plain horde-webmail package it won't work. You need to  
apply the Kolab specific patches as it is done on the Kolab Server.  
And so far we don't provide patches for horde-webmail-1.2.4 but only  
for 1.2.0. This will change early next year when we upgrade horde for  
the Kolab Server 2.3.0 release.
