Problem with acls migrating from cyrus imap.

The problem with imapsync is that I still would have to manually fix all the 
acls for shared mailboxes.
I figure the switchover will be nasty enough without lots of manual 
configuration.

I made a sed script called by find to change the cyrus.header files.

I did a test run and it seems to work OK

Another method I considered was make a script to feed  cyradm  data from 
ctl_mboxlist.
