migrating from exchange 5.5 to kolab 2.2.1 -- imapsync issue (resolved)

you know about the migration tools provided by Toltec (Toltec Migration Tool) 
or Bynari (PST-Export, ask them/me for a Kolab-version) which sync not only 
mails but also appointments/contacts (everything Outlook saves on the 
server)?

Please note that both are non-free.
