email cn is not uniq

Hi!

I newbe in the kolab. Now I installing a server. 
But I have a problem. When I create a new user in the kolab webadmin
interface, then is the rdn the user's real name. But this is not unique id.
Because it can 2 people same name. So my question can I change that a
unique id for example primary email as the distribution list.
