Hmm, install a new server, create one user, compare how it looks
there? (There is /kolab/sbin/kolabcheckperm, but it only checks some
config files)

1. Move away /kolab
2. ./install-kolab.sh -E
(abort after generating the openpkg environment)
3. Remove this temporary /kolab
4. Move back the original /kolab
