Can't delete users

Now that you mention it, i have observed the same behavior a couple of
weeks ago on 2.2.0 under FreeBSD-6 Stable (32 bit)
I cleaned up the user's directory by hand, and then proceded to delete
the user's Ldap entry
I will see if i can reproduce the problem.
