Problem sending via tsl with Kontact e35 packages?

Indicates that  tls is  available for my current server,  tsl and ssl on kolab 
server.

Reads imap via ssl or tls OK, thats why I'm wondering about the 
 kdebase-kio-plugins package from etch.
