Kolab Server 2.2.0 offers this out of the box, just add the lines
bind_any : FALSE
bind_addr : 1.2.3.4
to your /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf and run /kolab/sbin/kolabconf
After this you have to stop and start the server and this massive
change does not propagate automatically.
With Kolab Server 2.1 you would need to build your own packages from
CVS as it was added after 2.1.0 and there won't be a 2.1.1 release.
