Migration from MS Exchange to Kolab (imapsync)

A warning about Exchange and Outlook ... they don't do IMAP well at all.
I am in the process of migrating from uw-imap to kolab, but most Outlook
users are moving from POP3 to IMAPS.  It's one headache after another.
Outlook doesn't even let you purge deleted mail automatically.
