SOLVED: Lost access to shared imap contacts folder

Despite the fact that the shared folder was set to contain contacts via the
kolab web interface, Kontact/Kaddressbook didn't treat it that way. I had
to change the content definition manually to 'contacts' in the properties
of the folder.
