connect calendar of other users with thunderbird

As of Kolab 2.2-rc3 I believe you could use the Horde interface to subscribe
to it as an icalendar. You will probably need to logon to horde and set the
permissions there, and then under manage calendars there is a subscription
URL. There is also a lightbulb next to calendars that shows a subscription
url for icalendar style. I'm not positive if the version of horde used in
2.2 is 2-way yet but I believe as of 2.2.1 it will be. Or if it is not
2-way there may be something in the horde-wiki that can help make it so.

Example icalendar subscription url:

https://kolabserver.mycompany.com/horde/rpc.php/kronolith/username@kolabserv
er.mycompany.com.ics
<https://kolabserver.mycompany.com/horde/rpc.php/kronolith/username@kolabser
ver.mycompany.com.ics>
