Are there any errors in your "kolab-install.log"? This looks like
OpenPKG is not installing correctly.

You could also add a line

echo "exec ${cmd_shell} ${cmd_path} \${1+\"\$@\"}"

to identify what command should be ran there. This might give us some
more information.
