sieve filtering to shared folder

Hello,
what is the best practice to move a mail into a shared folder using sieve?
if <test> {
    redirect "kolab+shared.<target>@dom.ain"
}
or
if <test> {
    fileinto "shared.<target>"
}
and which permissions are needed?
I'm using Kolab version 2.0.4 on Debian stable.
