Quota problem

I have Cyrus running and I want to migrate to Kolab (last beta). I made this
with imapsync. After a sync it looks good, all emails on the new Kolab
Server.

When I make a du /var/spool/user..... On the old userspace there are 4.6 GB
Data.
In the new Kolab it is 4.7 GB that is ok.

But the quota on the old system says 2091532/2500000 (83.66%) ???
On the new one 378173/515000 (73.861914%) 
Is there a problem or bug or is it ok?
