missing imap folders

sadly no improvement. what i've done:

- stop the imap server
- removed cyrus.cache and cyrus.index (kept cyrus. header)
- called reconstruct
- started the imap server
- had a look with mulberry and thunderbird

the missing folders are still not displayed.

any ideas ?
