how to change kolab-webadmin vacation/forward/deliver sieve rules

I would like to customize the sieve rules users choose through the
http://kolabserver/admin/ interface (deliver.php, forward.php,
vacation.php).  Is there a "suggested" way to do this, or do I have to
go in and edit the PHP (again)?

Reminder:  I'm using Debian Etch packages for kolab-webadmin
0.4.0-20060810-4 with kolabd 1.9.4-20060707.dfsg-2, so if you're
talking about a feature I don't have, please note that (the answer is
likely still useful to the list, so please give it anyway).
