Sending/Adding task by command line

Hi all,
Is there a way for a user to send a new task to be automatically 
-by the kolab-server- added, by shell/command line ?

I think of a new added task for bug-report/wish-list sent to the responsible 
user/admin.

I thought of a generated xml file sent by mail (maybe dcop) through imap,
But the 'uid' tag might be correctly informed !?...

If it's a new feature, I think it maybe added in the wishlist !?
Or are there better ways/systems to do that ?
