Frequent Kontact crashes

Hi,

I'm having major trouble when I'm using Kontact with Kolab2.0.3.

When I'm synchronizing with the Kolab2 server, Kontact crashes  
frequently. (See backtrace below)
After the crash, the next sync will give me errors of folders that  
cannot be uploaded:
"Could not create folder"
Probable causes: Access permissions inadequate, location may not exist  
or protocol error.

I tried to rebuild the index and refresh the cache, but the latter  
generated errors like:

I've made the Kontact accounts using the Groupware wizard.

My questions:
Is there a solution to this problem known?
If not, is there a workaround?
Is it possible to use regular IMAP instead of the cached one? How can  
this be changed while preserving the same level of integration with  
Kolab2?
