How does kontact trigger freebusy cache generation?

Hi!

I read through
http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/doc/raw-howtos/freebusy-troubleshooting.txt?rev=HEAD
and I can see from my apache log files that both konsec connector and
kontact call the trigger url. I just have no clue under what
circumstances they do this. 

Which action in kontact does elicit the triggering GET request?
