Well on my view modifying postfix at some places
is the easiest view for an administrator.
The administrators of customers learn this pretty fast.
For the multiple email domain support (with seperated email domains)
you have added a configuration interface via ldap.

I am writing this comment because it shows a design philosophy
of Kolab Server
Keep the  power of the involved tools to be configurated by text
configuration files and only put the most commonly used
into the LDAP.
