kmail question: unable to delete a folder

Dear list,

perhaps this is more a kmail question, but I have a kolab IMAP server: I 
cannot delete a folder. There is not even a context sensitive menu which 
would offer this option. I have been using kmail/kolab for a very long time 
now, and I have been wondering and now it's time to ask :-)

Why can't I delete a mail folder? In which cases do I have an according menu 
item and in which not?
