secure sending problem

After upgrading my mail server (not Kolab) box to Mandriva 2007 I cannot use a
secure connection anymore for sending mail.
unsecure connection sending still works.
When restarting Kolab, I get:

looking at the processes, slapd and slurpd are running
On a side note, also proftp doesn't start.
