batch delete mail from imap folder

Hello to everybody!

I just succesfully installed my  kolab server with spamassassin learning
as explained in the wiki site (Fighting spam) using the Spamandclam.sh
script.
I have this problem, I want to delete all spam and ham mails from the
two shared folder
 /kolab/var/imapd/spool/domain/*/shared^spam/ and
/kolab/var/imapd/spool/domain/*/shared^ham/

I tried to delete them directly from file system but cyrus doesn't like
this!

Someone has some suggestion to implement this file deletetion ?
