thanks for the clue :) on debian postfix runs in a chroot jail and don't find 
saslauthd. Moving saslauthd path inside the chroot resolves the problem.

It remains a  strange message in my log to resolve:
Aug 25 18:11:45 localhost postfix/pipe[3746]: fatal: unknown attribute name: 
null_sender=
