mail services only listen on localhost

Hi there,

i have set up a kolab server on a public ip with a domain, reverse
domain and mx records. As hostname I entered www.mydomain.com and as
domainname mydomain.com. All correct as far as i see. But my services
responsable for email (imaps, pop3s, smtp and ssmtp) are only listening
on localhost. What could be the reason for that and how can I change it?
I need all the mail services listen on my public ip.
Any hints?
