Follow up to folders not syncing

Upon further investigation, I have checked the imapd.log.

The following lines keep scrolling:

Aug 16 10:03:23 (myservername) <debug> imap[2426]: executed
Aug 16 10:03:23 (myservername) <error> imap[2426]: DBERROR: skiplist
recovery /kolab/var/imapd/annotations.db: AFF6C should be ADD or DELETE
Aug 16 10:03:23 (myservername) <error> imap[2426]: DBERROR: opening
/kolab/var/imapd/annotations.db: cyrusdb error
Aug 16 10:03:23 (myservername) <error> imap[2426]: Fatal error: can't read
annotations file

I tried to look at the Cyrus web page, buts it's basically under
construction, incomplete and practically unusable.

My imapd directy is:

I upgraded successfully to 2.0.4 last night thinking that may help.

Ideas, help, pointers, anything?
