Stupid(?) questions wrt Toltec

Outlook is supposted to deal with it.
Toltec is not. 
Toltec (as other Outlook connectors) cannot speak iCalendar directly.
If you have a problem with iCalender invitation emails, 
test it without Toltec to be extra sure.

Outlook has bugs and iCalendar is not well enough defined.
Thus Outlook will only accept a subset of iCalender invitations.
Kontact (KMail and KOrganizer together) try to be compatible;
make sure to enable all the compatibility switches in
the workgroup settings of KMail.

I believe that drag and drop will make an appointment from an email.
This is not what you want. Try to send back and forth some appointments
between Outlook clients (without any plugin) to see how it should work.

To seperate this problem area from the rest, you can do Outlook tests
without Kolab Account, just a local .pst. Now it should display and accept
invitations correctly first, otherwise, there is the bad behaviour already.
