How to migrate Kolab from one domain to another?

Untested procedure
-----------------------------
0. setup new server with the new domain using the kolab_bootstrap
1. Stop the old server
2. Backup everything
3. use slapcat to create a LDIF
4. replace the old domain info with the new string using sed
5. add modified LDIF to new server using slapadd
6. migrate existing user messages using imapsync
