Kontact folder permissions not flexible enough

Hello,

we have got a shared folder with some subfolders. In these subfolders,
normal users should be able to post new items (let's say calendar) items
and change existing ones. They should NOT be able to delete folders or
create new ones.

It seems this permission scheme is not possible to set up with current
Kontact versions (3.4.2). We need "lrswipd" while Kontact does
"lrsip" (Append) or "lrswicpd" (Write). (See
http://asg.web.cmu.edu/cyrus/download/imapd/overview.html#acl for an
overview of Cyrus permissions.)

Would it be possible to add another option between "Append" and "Write"? The
naming could be changed like this:

Old     New             Permissions
---     ---             -----------
Append  -unchanged-     lrsip
-       Write           lrswipd
Write   All             lrswipcd
All     Admin           lrswipcda


This is really an important question for us. If this won't be considered for
implementation, I will try to write my own patch..
