That's very strange. Did you use any other tool than the webadmin interface to 
modify the LDAP database? Did you make any manual modifications to the 
OpenLDAP or Apache configuration?

Please check if /kolab/etc/apache/apache.conf really got updated after you 
changed the setting through the webadmin. If true, the section

<Directory "/kolab/var/kolab/www/freebusy">

does not contain the mod_auth_ldap configuration section.

You might also want to check if cn=nobody,cn=internal,dc=domain,dc=tld really 
exists in your LDAP database.
