Ah, yes it does. In fact you can create invitations, change or delete events 
etc. And you can create, modify or delete contacts as well. As the all the 
data is stored as IMAP messages, you're free to modify the local copies as 
you like.
The client has to handle the synchronization, and it will do. It's really a 
comfortable situation for a Kolab user. And _if_ you have such requirements, 
web based solutions are out of the game.

Anyway, before you think I'm the absolute Kolab fan, I'm also for a dualism of 
OpenPkg and distribution RPMs for Kolab as well as for improvements of the 
rudimentary Horde web interface. It's just that I know people are working on 
it and that it will take its time. So I'm patient.
