Spamassasin setup-up

Hello,

I install the last release of kolab serve rand I want to set-up
spamassasin.
I modify the file /kolab/etc/spamassasin/local.cf to add the parameter
"score  SUBJ_ALL_CAPS 10".
When I send an email with a subject in capital, I receive the mail but
it's not marked as a spam. (I send it locally).
What the matter? Who can I trace the activity of spamassasin?
