To benefit from the effort Suse is putting into their RPMs, try to get your
packages for Suse 9.2 from here
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/KDE/update_for_9.2/
(or simply configure YaST to bring your Suse 9.2 KDE RPMs up-to-date).
