Free/Busy URL and autorization

Hi,

in the Admin Frontend, there is a chackbox named
"Allow unauthenticated downloading of Free/Busy information"
which I expect to allow me unauthorized access to the free/busy information 
via http://<server>/freebusy/<primary-mail>.[vi]fb
if "HTTP FreeBusy Service (Legacy)" is activated.

But I still get asked for a username/password on Kolab 2 RC1. What's wrong 
here?
