always localhost

Hi!

I have a freshly installed debian woody, but when I install kolab beta5 from
the binary distrubtion all services are bound to localhost. Only if I change
$mynetworkinterfaces in /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap and rerun the
bootstrap process the services are available from the main address. Any
solution?
