I have just added a hint to README.1st that /kolab needs to be empty
for a fresh install. Thanks for the hint.

Which Kolab server were you trying to install
on which operating system?
If it was 2.0beta3 on an operating system that openpkg 2.2.2 supports,
please create two issues in our tracker with topic server.
