Clarification of what needs to be done to make kdepim from KDE3.4.1 fully functionial with Kolab2

There should be a resource labeled "Calendar on IMAP server using KMail" which 
is also what the kolabwizard should create, when it is run. Neither is the 
case, on FC4? (Which crashes on send in KMail due to a gcc4 bug, btw.)
