No. The stock Cyrus IMAP server supports annotations, but it does not support 
the vendor-specific annotations which the Kolab clients use. You can use the 
CAPABILITY IMAP command to query the server for annotations support, but this 
will only tell you if the server is configured to support annotations at all. 
The Kolab annotations patch, which only adds vendor-specific annotations, has 
not been included in the official Cyrus CVS yet.
