The schema is slightly different.
You could try an older one.
Also you could look at the communication between thunderbird
and Kolab's openldap to see the differences.
(Usually I use snoo.py http://intevation.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs/snoo.py/
for this sort of work, but there are many
tools like this.)
