SuSE 9.2 and Kolab2

Hi Markus,

thanks to your help, my kolab server is running now. All i had to do, was to 
move my /kolab/etc/apache folder away, and put yours there. After restarting 
kolab, apache was also listening on port 443, and i could log in over the 
webinterface.
