synckolab v 0.4.0 for thunderbird

Hi all,
I now got v0.4.0 of the synckolab extension for thunderbird ready. You 
can get it from http://www.gargan.org/extensions/synckolab.html It 
should finally be fully kolab1 compatible, but since i dont have a kolab 
server it would be nice to have someone try it out and tell me if it 
works. In the previous versions there some standard complience problems 
which should all be fixed now.
