again freebusy

HEEEEEEEEEEELP ;-)

I couldn't get it working!
I'm using kolab2 snapshot 2004-09-10 with kontact of "kde 3.3". I've created a 
test user and startet "kolabwizard".......
SMTP, IMAP and LDAP are working!!
When I create an appointment or something else, I can't see any changes in
"/kolab/var/kolab/www/freebusy"
On the server side I have acitvated "HTTP FreeBusy Service" within the Web-GUI

Kmail has created its workgroup folders under Inbox.

Entries in korganizer are:

Publish is checked
webdavs://troubadix.organet.com/freebusy/test%40.organet.com.ifb
Username is test at organet.com

Retrieve others is checked
webdavs://troubadix.organet.com/freebusy
Username is test at organet.com

Is there a step-by-step guide available? I'm feeling lost in the dark! :-)
