Create a shared folder - what's the URL?

I have successfully created a shared folder using the web interface.  I can
see this using my IMAP mail client (Mozilla-Thunderbird) but what's the URL
for it, so I can access it using webdav?

In thunderbird it appears as users.testCalendar, so I've tried
http://srvcht02/users.testCalednar (where srvcht02 is out internal server
name) and it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Is there a manual somewhere with all these type of questions?
