successfully created a shared folder using the web interface. I can see
this using my IMAP mail client (Mozilla-Thunderbird) but what's the URL for it,

appears as users.testCalendar, so I've tried <A
href="http://srvcht02/users.testCalednar">http://srvcht02/users.testCalednar</A>
(where srvcht02 is out internal server name) and it doesn't
