I used this package too, and I also used drakwizard to configure kolab.

so :

- urpmi drakwizard
- read http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=9252
- execute "domainname <yourdomain.tld>"
- launch drakconf and select the groupware drakwizard, or directly 
launch drakwizard.

It worked like a charm for me.
