You could try the development packages
from ftp.kolab.org/kolab/ and see if that is better
or try to go from source using obmtool.

That warning seems to be harmless.

I do not know much about timsieved, but there must be a way to
debug that stuff. Maybe you can try to hunt around for documentation
on how to turn on more debugging of that application or try
to run it manually and see what it says?
(You are not using it over a mounted NFS, are you?)
