Sieve not working

I saw a post in the april 2004 archives about this problem, but I did 
not see any answer, and I was wondering if anyone could help.

I installed Kolab yesterday from the binary rpm available at 
www.zfos.org.  Everything seemed to go wonderfully, it installed,
I dont see any error messages etc. I ran "/kolab/etc/rc all start"
and the services seemed to go up. Except for postfix, but that was 
because sendmail was still running..whoops. fixed that.  I went to 
the web interface, and added a test user, even managed to set up 
Aethera and send a test email. LDAP works. Not sure if imapd is 
working correctly. The only problem is that when I am logged in as 
my test user, when I try to go to change forwarding or vacation 
settings, I get this

Could not log on to timsieved daemon on your IMAP server 
sieve://127.0.0.1:2000

It looks like the timsieved daemon is dying.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I been messing with it for 
hours now, and I'm at the end of my rope.

I am running on redhat 9.0 , kolab-20040217-2.0.0
